When will my order ship?

If you live in Puerto Rico, please allow for 1-2 business days for processing at our distribution centre before your order is shipped.

If you live in the United States, please allow for 2-8 business days for processing at our distribution centre before your order is shipped.

Free returns and exchange

Any product bought through the site is protected if the items you received are not as described. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
